House Rules – Please Read Carefully

Thank you for choosing our house for your stay! We want you to have a pleasant experience, so it is important that you read and respect the following rules:

1. Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out: Subject to availability and with a charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

2. Maximum Capacity and Additional People:
Only the number of people indicated at the time of booking is allowed.

Additional person: S/. 50.00 per night (during low season), by prior arrangement.

3. Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

4. Safety and Energy Saving:

Whenever you leave the house, please lock the doors and turn off the lights.

Please remember that we are in a rural area with limited access to water. Please help us protect it by avoiding unnecessary use.

5. Cleaning:

The kitchen must be left clean and with dishes washed. Otherwise, an additional fee of at least S/. 60.00 will be charged for kitchen cleaning.

If the house is left in a significantly messy or dirty condition, a minimum fee of S/. 100.00 will be charged.

6. Damage or Loss:

In the event of damage or loss of items (household items, linens, faucets, walls, furniture, board games, etc.), it must be reported immediately. We will assess the damage and provide a replacement amount.

Any damaged or lost items must be paid by the guest.

7. Use of the Grill:

Fee: S/. 65.00 (check availability in advance).

8. Additional recommendation:
